In it’s October 2023 issue, What’s Up! Annapolis Magazine featured this recent Mueller Homes renovation project situated in the Winchester on the Severn community in Arnold, MD. As many locals know, this community is sought after for it’s location and breathtaking views of the Severn River and the Annapolis Naval Academy. But the homes in this community, built long ago, are often older and situated on tight lots with critical area restrictions. This can make updating or renovating a home in this area, challenging, to say the least.
The home’s footprint, location, and pandemic-related supply issues created many challenges, but the homeowners couldn’t be happier with the end result! Together with their team of professionals, including Mueller Homes and Purple Cherry Architects, the collaboration was well worth the effort. The husband noted, “It was a long haul, but everybody made it through great. Mueller Homes did a great job… I don’t think there was anything that we wanted, that we didn’t get.”
