How Our Team Approach Is Different
Client Concierge
Our Client Concierge is a unique position created as an exclusive service to our clients and serves as your personal assistant from concept to completion. Your client concierge assists with the selections process, scheduling showroom appointments, communicating change orders, and enhancing communication with all team members, throughout the entire luxury custom home building process. This approach truly differentiates our organization.
When you are creating a luxury custom home, you may desire custom millwork, built-ins, or custom cabinetry. Or, perhaps you want to commission a piece of furniture to take your overall vision to the next level. The level of quality, fit, and finish of a well-built, handcrafted item is truly a work of art. Our team has over 30 years of experience and is only limited by your imagination.
Project Manager
When you build your home with Mueller Homes, one of our project managers will be assigned to oversee the construction of your home. Each project manager handles a small number of homes at a time, which means they can be on-site every day, to make certain every aspect of construction is completed to the highest standards. This approach, not only provides consistency, but also provides a primary point of contact on the home site, throughout your building experience. Our project managers have an average of 15+ years in the industry.
