This client had built their previous home with a semi-custom builder and wanted to build their next home with a builder who could provide more attention to details, a higher level of finish, and the custom experience that Mueller is known for. The client also wanted to be located on a larger piece of property with more square footage and area for outdoor entertaining. The client found a lot with an existing house.
