This St. Michael’s property, located on the banks of the Harris Creek, was originally an 1800s farm house. The project retained portions of the existing structure while incorporating many new design elements to complement the Federal style architecture and design. Mueller Homes collaborated with East Bay Design to bring this homeowner’s dream to life!

The library design was based off of the original 1800 home using design elements of the Federal style period to enhance the warmth and historical feel of the space. The original fireplace was restored and complemented by custom built-ins and architectural elements. Reclaimed brick from the original farmhouse was also incorporated into the design.

Andersen windows and detailed coffer ceiling add to the warmth of this living space, overlooking views of the Harris Creek.
