Paul Mueller, Jr., President of Mueller Homes noted, “The MBIA is the voice of the residential construction and remodeling industry in Maryland. This awards program is particularly important to us because it is judged by our peers and recognizes businesses and trades that are committed to upholding the highest professional standards of our industry and the National Association of Homebuilders.”
An evaluation team that consisted of building industry professionals from around the Baltimore Metropolitan area rated all entries. The criteria used to judge the entries included: quality of construction, degree of difficulty, value and cost effectiveness and unique and creative design approach. The awards are an annual opportunity for members to gain professional recognition and credibility. The competition is open to all MBIA Remodelers and Custom Builder Council members who have completed projects meeting category requirements.
“These award-winning projects are shining examples of the talent and superior craftsmanship of our members,” said Lori Graf, CEO of the Association. “The projects range from small bathroom remodels to whole-house custom construction and we are proud to showcase the work of our remodelers and custom builders,” she added. Their work leaves a significant and lasting impression and MBIA is proud to award their outstanding projects and exceptional service to the remodeling industry.
