Mueller Homes worked closely with the homeowner to design custom cabinetry, flooring that incorporated rustic wood elements, reclaimed barn wood, and exposed wood beams to bring the entire architectural design concept together.  The accessories and fixtures throughout the home were selected with the assistance of our Client Concierge and give a nod to the horse-centered lifestyle these homeowners desired.  

Custom millwork and built-ins in the mudroom, laundry room, and beyond practicality for muddy boots and other paraphernalia you’d expect from a working farm.  Durable and timeless finishes complement the home’s function. 

Modern Farmhouse Design 

The two-story great room provides views of the landscape, farm, and scenery that wait just outside.  Exposed reclaimed wood beams, a stone fireplace, and rustic fixtures were incorporated into the design which nods to an old western style ranch. 

Rustic Man Cave 

Discreetly tucked away in the detached garage, the man cave is far from modern and all about rustic.  It serves as close ‘get-away’ for poker nights for the guys or a mommy’s night out/in for the ladies.  Reclaimed wood was used throughout the cabin-style rustic design that is actually part of the detached garage.
