Our Process

Client Concierge

Mueller Homes provides a Client Concierge to assist you throughout the entire project.  This is typically one of the most value-added aspects of our services.  The addition of this role, to our process, greatly enhances the customer experience and provides a white glove level of service for our luxury custom home building projects. 

Your concierge works side-by-side with you, throughout each phase of the project, to enhance selections, coordinate meetings and showroom visits, and helps the project stay on schedule. The Client Concierge role enhances the communication flowing between the builder, project manager, client, and trusted vendors.  This role can also support the collaboration with an Interior Designer, if you choose.
