Homes provides a custom home-building program for every client.
We begin with new home pre-planning to determine our client's
needs and budget. Whether working with your existing plans or
Mueller Homes presenting preliminary elevations, floor plans and
general specifications, an evaluation of the building site is
completed to help determine design options. Once specifications
are finalized and building contracts approved, we secure permits
and arrange for construction to begin. Step by step through the
construction process, we are always available for consultation
and advice.
